Agreed on both accounts. Start runs too long. They laugh while talking about the mysterious lose of 3 boys. If they were my children, I be upset. Insensitive.

Way too much preamble and uninteresting minutiae. Then there’s the inappropriate laughter - the story is about three boys who disappeared, and the banter is not even remotely funny in any case.
